The person will have spent time to get ready, and will be left sitting with nothing to do while waiting for you. If by chance you are running late, give a call or text there way.

If the location your going permits, a jean and cute shirt is appropriate for either sex. sometimes dark jeans are always the safe choice. Light jeans can come off as trashy, or too casual. However if you decide to wear a dark colored shirt, light jeans may work better. Your scent also is very important, as odd as that is. You don't wanna wear to much perfume or cologne, but putting it on can be a deal maker. Good smelling people often are a huge catch.
